2.	How do I get there? Sta. Elena is a 40-minute drive from Metro Manila and it is conveniently located right beside the South Luzon Expressway. Just take the Cabuyao Exit then turn right after the tollgate. Sta. Elena is a minute away from the tollgate.
3.	Can anyone play at the Sta. Elena Golf Club? No, it is exclusive for members of the club only.
4.	Do you sell playing rights? How much? Yes. We sell a 5-year playing right priced at P470,000.00.
5.	What are the qualifications/requirements for membership at the Sta. Elena Golf Club? For an individual to be qualified, he should at least be within the 2nd or 3rd line of authority of his company.
6.	How do I become a member of the Sta. Elena Golf Club? Application Forms are available at the Sta. Elena, 21/F Tower 2, The Enterprise Center, Ayala Avenue corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
7.	What are the projects offered in the Sta. Elena Residential Community? Currently, Sta. Elena has two villages, the Banahaw Village and the Sierra Madre Village.
8.	What is the main difference between these two villages? Primarily, they differ in lot size. Lots in Banahaw Village range in size from 600 sqm to 1,000 sqm. Lots in Sierra Madre Village range in size from 350 sqm to 600 sqm. Hence, lot price in Banahaw is higher than Sierra Madre.
9.	Do you offer Bank Financing Payment Scheme? Yes.
